The Fribourg-based start-up ODYTICS offers an innovative solution for automated inventory of road and industrial pavements based on a patented high-resolution (millimeter per pixel) geolocated orthophotography technology coupled with an image processing software platform.

The embedded system developed by ODYTICS enables data acquisition without any traffic disruption. Specialized artificial intelligence algorithms automatically identify inventory elements (road markings, joints) and early signs of deterioration (cracks, crazing) for preventive road maintenance.
